Re-opening Guidelines & FAQ’s
To all our valued customers,
We are thrilled to be re-opening on Saturday 26th March 2022 after an extended Winter closure. Following the latest government guidance on the Covid 19 Pandemic we are continuing to operate with additional safety measures across the farm including limiting the number of visitors on site per day to make sure that everyone is safe. All tickets must be booked online.

How are you keeping safe?
-We’re proud holders of the Visit Britain ‘We’re Good to Go’ industry standard mark. This shows that we have passed an assessment to confirm that we are correctly following COVID-19 government guidelines.
-All visitors must purchase tickets online in advance of their visit.
-We have staggered entry slots to maintain the need for less queuing across our site.
-We have a dedicated toilet attendant and park cleaner to regularly sanitise high contact areas.
Will everything be open at Piglets Adventure Farm?
-During your visit there will be lots of activities to enjoy including The Indoor Play Barn, Farmyard Trail, Crazy Golf, Animal Barns, Fairy Trail and lots more! The Beach is currently under a new development so will be closed until early May 2022.
Will I be able to just turn up on the day if I haven’t booked a ticket?
-All visitors must pre-book their tickets and arrival timeslot online in advance of their visit. This ensures that we can manage the number of visitors on site. (Members do not need to book).
Will I be able to arrive at Piglets Adventure Farm outside of my allocated arrival time?
-Our arrival times make sure that visitors are evenly spaced around Piglets Adventure Farm to make sure that visitors and staff are safe. Please endeavour to arrive on time.
How long can I stay at Piglets Adventure Farm?
-You are welcome to stay all day from the time of your allocated arrival timeslot. The park closes daily at 5:30pm.
If I or a member of my household have Covid-19 symptoms on the day that I have booked to visit what should I do?
-If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 it’s really important that you stay at home and don’t visit us. All tickets are non-refundable but they can be transferred to another day if you are unable to visit due to COVID-19 symptoms or isolation. If this applies to you, please contact us on email@example.com.
Will there be food & drinks available to purchase on site?
-The Ice Cream Parlour, Piggy Pizza Parlour & The Indoor Play Barn Snack Cafe will be serving a selection of takeaway food and drinks.
Can I bring a picnic?
-Picnics are allowed on site.
Do you have disabled access toilets?
-If you require an accessible toilet please let one of our team members know upon arrival.
I have a complimentary day pass, can I use it book tickets online?
-Whilst all tickets must be booked online in advance of customers visiting us, unfortunately our current system does not enable us to accept complimentary tickets online. To redeem your complimentary ticket please email our team – firstname.lastname@example.org.
