Accessibility at Piglets Adventure Farm

At Piglets Adventure Farm, we want to make sure every single guest has a brilliant, stress-free day out with us. To ensure we provide the fairest and most consistent support for those who need extra assistance, we’ve teamed up with Nimbus Disability and their recognised Access Card Scheme. This partnership helps us understand your specific needs, provide essential companion tickets where appropriate, and make your entire booking experience much smoother.

Piglets Adventure Farm Digital Access Pass (FREE)

You can apply online through Nimbus for a free Digital Access Pass (DAP) specifically for use here at the farm.

During your application, you will:

 • Upload your relevant supporting evidence.
• Provide a brief description of your access requirements.
• Be allocated symbols that highlight your needs (e.g., the +1 symbol for an essential companion).

Once approved:
• Your pass is valid for 3 years.
• You’ll receive a unique Digital Access ID.
• You can use this ID whenever you book tickets online or join us at the gate.

What is the Access Card?

The Access Card is a widely recognised scheme used at thousands of venues across the UK.

• Cost: £15 for 3 years.
• Ease of Use: It clearly displays symbols explaining the barriers you face, so you don’t have to carry or explain personal documentation repeatedly.
• Versatility: It’s valid here at Piglets and at many other top UK attractions.
• Upgrade: You can choose to upgrade your free Piglets pass to a full Access Card during the application process.

Already have an Access Card? Great news – you don’t need to apply again! If your card displays the +1 symbol, you can go ahead and book your Essential Companion ticket.

How to Book Your Tickets

Booking your adventure & visiting us is nice and simple:
1. Add all required tickets to your basket (including your Essential Companion ticket if applicable).
2. Head to the checkout as normal.
3. When you arrive at our entrance on the day, please have your Access Card ready to show our team member.

4. Have the best day!

Essential Companion Information

• Designated essential companions must be 14 years or older.
• A valid Nimbus Access Card or Piglets Adventure Farm Digital Access Pass with the +1 symbol must be presented on arrival.
• If valid proof is not shown, full admission prices will apply.
• Please note: We are no longer able to accept alternative documentation (such as DLA, PIP, or Carers Cards) as standalone proof.
