Pre-Visit Information
Book your tickets in advance with confidence — no need to worry about the weather. When you purchase your tickets online in advance, they are covered by our Rainy Day Guarantee.
If, on the day of your visit, the conditions of the guarantee are met, you will be entitled to a free like‑for‑like return visit, so you won’t miss out.
Terms and Conditions
If it rains continuously at Piglets Adventure Farm for 90 minutes or more during our daily opening hours, customers who visited with online pre‑purchased tickets are entitled to return for a complimentary like‑for‑like visit.
- “Like‑for‑like” means an adult ticket can be exchanged for another adult ticket, and a child ticket for another child ticket of the same value or less.
- “Like‑for‑like” also applies to ticket type: a term‑time weekday ticket will qualify for a free return term‑time weekday ticket, a weekend ticket for a free weekend ticket
- For tickets purchased during school holidays or special events, return visit dates are as follows:
May Half Term (23–31 May 2026)
Eligible return visit dates: 1 June – 17 July 2026
Summer Holidays (18 July – 5 September 2026)
Eligible return visit dates: up to 30 September 2026 (please check opening dates)
Additional Conditions
- The Rainy Day Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- No refunds are given if the rainy‑day return ticket is of lower value than the original ticket, and it cannot be part‑redeemed against a higher‑priced ticket.
- Rainfall must be continuous for at least 90 minutes between 10am and 4pm. Weather conditions will be recorded by Piglets Adventure Farm, and our decision is final.
- Return visits are subject to ticket availability. If your chosen date is sold out, you will need to select an alternative date.
- Return tickets will only be issued upon confirmation of your original booking reference.
- Excludes membership visits, on‑the‑day tickets purchased at admissions, Summer Pass visits, or any previous rainy‑day return visits.
- No cash alternative is available.
- Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the original ticket holder.
To request your rainy‑day return visit, email info@pigletsadventurefarm.com within 7 days of your original visit, including your booking reference and preferred return date. If all conditions are met, a new ticket will be issued by email.
Rainy‑day return tickets cannot be issued by telephone.
